37000, rotary Minitork gate
Minitork is the disk lock (gate) intended for adjustment of heavy expenses at rather low pressure differences. The unique pro-thinned-out form of a disk provides high-precision regulation at angles of rotation to 75? With at the lowered dynamic torque operating from a stream. Small restoration of pressure at an initial stage of opening allows to receive the improved range of regulation (100:1).
For ensuring high tightness in a lock (the VI class ANSI) execution of the valve with an elastomeric insert is provided in the case. The insert supports dimensions of the case a little and is at the same time used instead of laying at installation of the valve between pipeline counterflanges.
