Futorka is the adapter having a female and external thread which has diameter of an external carving always more than internal. For example, the sanitary term — the futorka 1/2 on 3/4 means that diameter of its female thread makes 1/2 inches, and an external carving 3/4. Material of which the futorka is made is the brass or brass covered with nickel. In case of radiator a futorok — aluminum or cast iron.
