Adhesive STARDOPE 130P additive

We offer the amplifier of adhesion on the basis of phosphates of vegetable oils for the hot asphalt mixes STARDOPE 130P, production of the Italian factory Star Asphalt.

Adhesive STARDOPE 130P additive is developed especially for improvement of quality of hot asphalt mixes; STARDOPE 130P has high heat stability, and also provides strong communication between bitumen and inert materials (both acid, and alkaline), improving mix resistance to influence of moisture and processes of aging. STARDOPE 130P behaves steadily at standard temperatures of storage of bitumen, and also in the conditions of long heating.

The dosage of STARDOPE 130P depends on operating conditions. Standardly the dosage fluctuates from 0,15% d about 0,6% of bitumen weight. STARDOPE 130P is added to mix directly in the course of its production by means of the dosing pump, also STARDOPE 130P can be added directly to capacities for bitumen storage.

The product is delivered in steel barrels on 200 liters, or in 1000 liter capacities. STARDOPE 130P can be stored within 24-36 months in the original and densely closed packing.
