Agate-12MK4 controller

The Agate - 12mk4 controller is intended for management of the fuel - dispensing columns of CJSC NARA equipped with reporting ETsT 2 - 16, ETsT 2 - 16.01 devices, Agate - 4K, TOPAZ - 106K in a complex with cash registers.

Exchange of information between the controller and the reading device is carried out on the RS - 485 interface the protocol of exchange of information of CJSC NARA, version 2.0.


Main functions:

• the controller supports setup to 48 sleeves, during the simultaneous work of 12 sleeves;
• work at a dose task on liters, rubles, to a full tank;
• work in two modes:
• one hose Broadcasting Company (Nara 28, the North - 1) - to 12; two - hose Broadcasting Company (Nara 42, the North - 1) - to 6;
• multihose Broadcasting Company (Nara 5000, 7000) - to 6, having to four sleeves on one party with simultaneous issue of fuel on one sleeve on each party;
• programming from the keyboard of the controller of parameters of work of Broadcasting Company, including:
• the moment of turning on of the valve of decrease in an expense at the beginning of a dose ("soft start"), at the end of a dose ("decrease");
• clearing time of the pump in the absence of impulses from Broadcasting Company;
• quantity of not displayed impulses at blowing up of a hose;
• minimum dose of delivery of oil product.
• maintaining a replaceable and general liter result of sales;
• simplicity in work and a high noise stability;
• the mode of "direct start - up" from the control panel (for systems of filling);
• unlimited storage life of all programmed parameters and working information at shutdown of power supply.
