Anticorrosive covering Elast-P

The polymeric covering "Elast-P" is intended for protection against underground and atmospheric corrosion of the steel main pipelines transporting natural gas, oil and oil products; fitting, connecting details and block valve stations; pipelines compressor, the gas-distributing pumping-over and alluvial stations, oil depots, head constructions of oil and gas crafts, underground gas storages, installations of complex preparation of gas and oil and other similar objects with a temperature of operation up to 60 °C, and also for isolation of piles and other metal and concrete designs.

Structure of an anticorrosive covering:

Elast-P polyurea is applied in industrial (basic) and route conditions on the isolated products with method of "hot" airless dispersion by means of special installations of a high pressure. Are a part of Elast-P polyurea two ready to the use liquid a component: pitch (a basis, base, a component "A") representing mix of poliefiramin, aromatic diamines and pigments, and a polyisocyanate (a hardener, a component "B"), pedstavlyayushchiya itself mix of forpolimer and isomers of a difenilmetandiizotsianat. At mixture of components in the raspylitelny gun of a high pressure in the ratio 1:1 on volume and the subsequent fast hardening of mix on a surface of the isolated details the polymeric anticorrosive covering "Elast-P" representing thermoreactive material on the basis of the modified polyurethane (polyurea) is formed.
