Anticorrosive covering of EPU

EPU 33KR enamel ― two - component epoxypolyurethane enamel with high anticorrosive properties. EPU - 33KR enamel epoxypolyurethane, universal, anticorrosive, chemically resistant system. Possesses high strength rates and adhesion to various materials. It is recommended for application as a sheeting of the objects which are operated in water, acidic, alkaline environments, and also contacting to all types of oil products. Enamel is frost - resistant, capable to maintain cyclic loadings of temperatures. These qualities allow to recommend it for protection as metal, so the constructional plastic and polymeric materials which are operated at low temperatures. In indicators of crash - worthiness and vibration resistance of EPU - 33KR - enamel considerably surpasses the epoxy coverings which are traditionally used for protection of metal against corrosion in responsible and severe conditions of operation. EPU - covering superiority in resistance to shock and deformation and vibration loadings, naturally increases service life and quality of protection of welded seams, does not allow a treshchinoobrazovaniye and peeling in these parts, characteristic of epoxy coverings. EPU - 33KR enamel meets requirements of DSTU 4219 - 2003 "Steel pipelines. main", has permission of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to application in the food industry, and also the admission to drinking water. EPU - 33KR enamel is successfully applied in municipal services to internal protection of metal and concrete pipes, water communications and concrete constructions for sewage, for a covering of an internal surface of pipes of the main conduits of various diameters. We recommend an EPU - 33KP - pokrytiye for protection of designs from the main metal and welding seams – pipelines, tanks, tanks, the bearing designs, cars, pumps (including working in the conditions of hostile environment), on objects of hydraulic engineering constructions, the port equipment, and also in the field of shipbuilding and ship repair. The wide experience of use of EPU - 33KR is available in sugar industry. Already for many years EPU - 33KR enamel is applied at sugar plants of Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus. Thanks to a unique combination of high wear resistance, chemical firmness and thermal stability enamel is used for protection of the equipment, the most subject to corrosion – diffusive devices. It is also used for protection of metal, concrete surfaces in capacities for storage of drinking water, wine and other liquids. The special component preventing inadvertent sliding on a covering is developed for coverings of concrete floors in garage and warehouse. The covering can be made with shades of various color scale. Enamel perfectly is exposed to toning in any color by request of the consumer. Enamel can be applied as an independent anticorrosive covering, and as highly effective priming material in various systems of coverings to alkidny, acrylic and alkiduretanovy paints. At such use of enamel service life of paints increases by 2 - 3 times. EPU 33KR is of special interest in shipbuilding. High adhesion and physical properties allow to protect reliably the metal case of the vessel from influence of hostile environment both from outer side of the case, and from internal. The admission to the food equipment and drinking water allows to cover internal surfaces of containers with fresh water.
