Apple puree chemically preserved GOST 32684-2014

Applesauce, preserved with potassium sorbate in combination with sodium benzoate, is a semi - finished product and is intended for use in the production of juice products, as well as in other food industries. Intended for further processing and direct consumption.

Physical and chemical indicators:

Mass fraction of soluble solids, B x - not less than 10.0% ;

pH - not less than 3.3;

Packing: Metal barrel 200 dm ³ with a plastic bag - liner according to GOST 19360. 

Shelf life and storage conditions: Shelf life - 12 months.
