Aseptically preserved pumpkin puree is a semi - finished product and is intended for use in the production of juice products, food products, as well as in other food industries. Intended for further processing and direct consumption.
Physical and chemical indicators:
Mass fraction of soluble solids, B x - not less than 8.0% ;
pH - 4.5 - 5.0;
Packing: Metal barrel 200 dm 3 with an aseptic metalized bag in accordance with TR TS 005/2011 and a polyethylene bag - liner.
