Assembly of the panel board equipmen
Generally products gather on base of the equipment of the famous Russian and western producers. But we do not limit clients to a rigid framework and, at the request of the customer, we can complete products with the equipment of other producers at the request of the customer.
The company carries out a full range of works on installation and connection of electric boards and cases:
- development of project documentation with a selection of the electrotechnical equipment according to the specification of the customer and the subsequent assembly of boards;
- assembly of boards according to schemes of the customer;
- replacement of electric equipment in the existing boards;
- connection of boards.
"THERE Power" develops and carries out assembly of the low-voltage complete devices (LVCD) according to schemes of the customer:
The main switchboards on currents to 4000A (GRShch).
These boards are intended for reception and distribution of electric energy, protection against overloads and currents of short circuit in networks of alternating three-phase current of 380/220B with a frequency of 50 Hz. The configuration of cases, their quantity and options of an arrangement depends on an electric circuit, and can be executed with system of automatic input of a reserve and without it.
GRShch are applied to a complete set of substations, introduction devices of the industrial enterprises, residential and office buildings.
Introduction Distributing Device (IDD), and also Device Introduction and Distributive (DID).
Represents set of the electrotechnical designs and devices intended for reception, distribution, reservation and the accounting of electric energy. Is established in residential and public buildings, and also industrial production rooms (shops).
Shchitosveshcheniya (ShchO).
It is intended for switching and management lighting:
- reception and distribution of electric energy;
- protection of lighting chains at overloads and short circuits;
- infrequent expeditious inclusion and shutdown of lighting chains;
Board of the accounting of electric energy.
The board is intended for the accounting of the electric power. Can be both commercial, and intra object.
Power cases (ShS).
Are applied to power supply of consumers in networks of alternating three-phase current of 380/220B with a frequency of 50 Hz. Protective devices, the puskoreguliruyushchy equipment, current transformers, counters of electric energy can be a part of a case. Options of production of non-standard cases with individual requirements to installation, technical documentation and acceptance for objects of the increased responsibility, such as hydroelectric power station, combined heat and power plant are possible.
Power cases (ShS) are made in a complete set:
- for street application;
- for work indoors;
Cases of the automatic input of a reserve (AIR).
Are intended for uninterrupted power supply of consumers of alternating three-phase current with a frequency of 50 Hz with a voltage of 380/220B in networks with a glukhozazemlenny neutral. The main function - automatic switching on the reserve power supply at disappearance of tension of the main source or exit of its parameters limits of normal values.
Guards of AVR can be carried out with function of automatic return to an initial state after restoration of tension on the main input.
Guards Distributive (GD).
Are applied in lighting and power plants of buildings of any type to reception and distribution of electric energy in networks of an alternating and direct current, infrequent inclusion and shutdown of lines of group chains, and also to their protection at overloads and short circuits.
Boards of ShchR are made the hinged and built-in design, street and for operation in rooms.
Board of protection against the pulse retension (ShchUZIP).
ShchUZIP is applied in buildings of any type to protection against the pulse retension arising as at a direct hit of a lightning, and induced in power and low-current networks.
Uniqueness SHCHUZIPOV is that at their production are used UZIPY the last generation which reduce probability of false operation of automatic machines. When using SHCHUZIPA you do not need additional establishment of safety locks at rated current to 315A (class UZIP I-P).
Options of assembly SHCHUZIPOV:
- for networks of a direct current;
- SHCHUZIPY with the built-in safety locks;
- SHCHUZIPY explosion-proof and intrinsically safe execution.
All types of electric boards (cases) - VRU, GRShch, AVR, ShS, ShchR, ShchO, ShchU, ShchUZIP - irrespective of complexity and quantity pass preliminary test and have a warranty, as well as post-guarantee maintenance (at the request of the customer).
