Our company makes high-quality gas-concrete blocks the sizes of 500х200х300 mm, 500х100х300 mm or other thickness under the order.
The gas-block is especially light concrete with a large number (to 85% of the total amount of concrete) small and average air cells up to 1 in size... 1,5 mm. Porosity is given to cellular concrete:
in the mechanical way when the dough consisting from knitting and waters, is frequent with an additive of small sand, mix with separately prepared foam; when curing the porous material called by foam concrete turns out;
in the chemical way when enter special gas-forming additives into knitting. In the test of the knitting substance gas generation reaction results, it distends and becomes porous. The hardened material is called a gas concrete.
the Gas-block (cellular concrete) on density and appointment is shared on heat-insulating with Z00 density... 600 kg/m3 and with the durability of 0,4... 1,2 MPas and constructive with a density of 600... 1200 kg/m3 (most often about 800 kg/m3) and with the durability of 2,5... 15 MPas. Widely production of the products from autoclave cellular concrete i.e. hardening in autoclaves when steaming under pressure of 0,8 develops... 1 MPas. Frothers and gazoobrazovatel apply to formation of cellular structure of concrete. As frothers use several types surfactant (kleekanifolny, smolosaponinovy, alyumosulfonatny). The consumption of frother for receiving foam makes respectively - 18... 20%; 12... 16%; 16... 20%. As a gazoobrazovatel apply aluminum powder which is let out four brands.
