The self - soaking - up pump unit ASTsL - 20 - 24rabotayet from the 18,5 kW electric motor is also intended for pumping of liquids, pure without mechanical impurity: waters, gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, a product of TM - 285 and other neutral liquids viscosity no more than 2 * 10 - 5 sq. m / with and with the temperature from 233 To to 323 K (from - 40 °C to + 50 °C) and with a density no more than 1000 kg/m3.

The pump STsL - 20 - 24 which - is self - soaking up, centrifugal and vortex, two - level, horizontal.

The first step - the centrifugal pump with the driving wheel of the closed type and spiral withdrawal of round section, provides high cavitational qualities.

The second step - the vortex pump with the vortex driving wheel of the closed type and an open channel, provides a high napornost. The original design of a vortex step allows to provide self - centering of the vortex driving wheel at the expense of an equilibration of axial forces, excludes friction of its end faces about the case and guarantees reliability of the pump.

Self - absorption is carried out by the special device (air duct) established at the exit from the second step. The rotor rotates on two ball - bearing support. Consolidation of a shaft - face. The pump is carried out the left and right rotation (from the entrance end of a shaft of the pump). Details of flowing part are made of an aluminum alloy and bronze. The pump is delivered in assembled form and does not demand dismantling and assembly at installation and degreasing. It can be operated in regions of temperate or tropical climate and in the countries with an industrial frequency of current of 60 Hz.

Attention: the effort of the pipeline should not be transferred to the pump. Not to start the pump at the closed pressure head latch. Launch of the pump which is not filled with liquid is forbidden. Do not allow operation of the pump in the self - absorption mode more than 5 min. The liquid which is in the pump will heat up and can occur jamming of working part.
