Description

The automated control system of a power facility of ACS E is executed on the basis of the Protection-3 software and hardware complex (SHC) which is carrying out functions of the automated remote control (collection of information, monitoring) and control of switching devices, digital blocks of relay protection and automatic equipment (RZA) and also other devices of a power facility.

The program part of a complex is executed on the basis of the specialized software of WebSCADA-MT 3 , development of STC "Mechanotronics".

Program complex "WebSCADA-MT 3"

1. Main functions and structure.

1.1 "WebSCADA-MT 3" represents the program complex (PC) intended for creation of ACS by substation.

1.2 "WebSCADA-MT 3" can be used as:

● server of data collection;

● automated workplace (AW) of the engineer-releyshchika;

● automated workplace of the duty operator or dispatcher.

1.3 The WebSCADA-MT 3 personal computer provides:

● the organization of collection of data on substation on different channels;

● management of the necessary equipment on substation;

● communication with the top level by means of standard protocols with use of RS-232, RS-485 and Ethernet interfaces.

1.4 The personal computer supports the following equipment - blocks of relay protection, telemechanics, the accounting of the electric power, video surveillance, control systems and control of access, the fire alarm system, etc.

1.5 "WebSCADA-MT 3" is established on the computer which acts as the server. The number of clients (automated workplace) connected to the server is limited only to its productivity.

1.6 The client part of system is realized in the form of the Web interface, and for the work demands only the Web browser with the free addition of Microsoft Silverlight established in it.

As additional ON the analyzer of oscillograms "FastView Mechanotronics" can be installed.

1.7 Structure

1.7.1 "WebSCADA-MT 3" consists of server and client part.

1.7.2 The server part provides:

● data collection from devices of the lower level;

● processing, storage and information transfer on the top level;

● access to external databases;

● support of client automated workplaces.

1.7.3 The server supports the following protocols for collecting and information transfer:

a) lower level:

● MODBUS-RTU (master);

● MODBUS-TCP (client);

● MACK OF 60870-104 (client);

● MACK 60870-101 (master);

● SPA-BUS (master);

● OPC-DA (client);

b) top level:

● MODBUS-RTU (slave);

● MODBUS-TCP (server);

● MACK OF 60870-104 (server);

● MACK 60870-101 (slave);

● OPC-DA (server);

● HTTP (WCF).

1.7.3 The server part includes the internal database for storage:

● parameters of controlled devices;

● logs;

● actions of operation personnel;

● oscillograms of the accidents and events registered by devices.

1.7.4 The client part is realized in the form of the web interface and includes:

● editor of symbolic circuits;

● configurator of protocols and equipment (conductor);

● tools for work with a DB and trends.

● tools for work with system events;

1.7.5 Work with client part is carried out with the help of the browser supporting work with Microsoft Silverlight, for example, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera or Chrome or to install "WebSCADA-MT 3" on the client computer as the stand-alone program of Silverlight.

1.7.6 In fig. 1, fig. 2 interfaces of settings and client part are shown.

2. Creation of reports in a tabular and graphic form.

2.1 The WebSCADA-MT 3 personal computer provides display of necessary information in a tabular and graphic form in client part.

Also all displayed information can be saved in the form of xls. the file or it is printed.

2.2 Information output in graphic and tabular forms.

2.2.1 The window "Archives" allows to look through operational and contemporary records.

This window provides:

- through viewing of all flow of information;

- selective viewing of information on parameters with a possibility of a filtration on absolute time (according to the set interval).

2.2.2 All available schedules are in the dropping-out list (the list is created at a stage of a configuration of system).

Each signal is displayed in the color.

In the field of values are displayed:

● short name of a signal;

● size borders (minimum, maximum);

● parameter type;

● color of the line;

● the current value of parameter on time tag (a viewfinder of gray color).

2.2.3 All output information can be provided both in graphic and in a tabular form, switching of the corresponding buttons on the interface panel (Fig. 3, fig. 4).

This product is the main intellectual kernel of industrial control system of object.

It is intended for:

  1. Substations of 110 kV and above, for primary schemes with konfiguratsiyey5an more difficult (according to HUNDRED JSC FGC UES ).
  2. Substations 6-35kv with specialized requirements to information system.
  3. Distributing devices of own needs of power plants with specialized requirements to information system.

SHKP-MT

case of controlled point;

This product is intended for reception/delivery of discrete signals of provisions of disconnectors, the grounding knives and switching offices of substation, information from digital devices of object (multipurpose measuring instruments, blocks of relay protection and automatic equipment). It is applied together with ShASU-MT or ShFK-MT.

It is intended for:

  1. Applications together with ShASU-MT for collecting discrete signals of position of disconnectors and switching devices of distributing devices 35-220kB.
  2. Applications together with ShFK-MT for collecting discrete signals of position of disconnectors and switching devices of distributing devices of 35 kV with schemes 35-9, distributing devices 6-10kB with difficult schemes.
  3. As a subsystem of reception/delivery of discrete signals and their integration into industrial control system of third-party producers.
  4. As a subsystem of collection of information from devices of relay protection and automatic equipment of production of STC "Mechanotronics", etc. producers.

SHFK-MT -

case of the functional controller;

This product is the simplified, budgetary version of ShASU-MT, is optimized on technical and economic indicators and recommended for application on objects 6-35kv or substations of 110 kV with dvukhobmotochny transformers and primary schemes 110-3H, 110-4H, 110-5H. Information from RZA devices and measuring converters gathers on digital channels of communication, and information on position of switches 35-110kB, disconnectors and the grounding knives 35-110kv is controlled by the USO-48-MT devices which are built in ShFK-MT.

SHSS-MT

case of communication and synchronization;

This product is an auxiliary element of the ACS system and is applied on substations 6-220kv when:

  1. The organization of system of uniform time on object with a binding to world time (GMT) is required, using the time server;
  2. Communication (Ethernet-optics) of ShASU-MT or ShFK-MT with the system of the top level removed on distance more than 1 km is required to organize.
