The defibrillator of KMP DFP 300 is recommended for use by specially trained specialists, the knowing basis of life support, expanded life support, a defibrillation in hospitals, not medical institutions which answer the ecological conditions specified in the management. When using a manual defibrillation or ECG, KMP DFP 300 mode it has to be used by medical personnel with skills of work with expanded life support. All operating modes of the device are intended for use with adults and children while the enclosed electrodes are suitable for each type of the patient.
Thus, both automatic, and manual defibrillations can be used with standard electrodes for a defibrillation only on adults and children 8 years and with a body weight more than 25 kg are more senior. Automatic and manual defibrillations less than 25 kg with special children's electrodes for a defibrillation can be used on children aged till 8 flyings and with body weight. Irrespective of the mode the device will adjust power level, a limit of an alarm signal, the characteristic of a metronome and all necessary parameters for the patient according to type of the connected electrode: usual (adult) or children's.
Device and principle of work:
The defibrillator of KMP DFP 300 has the following functions:
Mode of a manual defibrillation:
- It is recommended for a manual defibrillation and control of signs of life.
Mode of an automatic defibrillation:
- It is recommended for the analysis of signals of an ECG and a defibrillation. This mode has the index for the user when carrying out a defibrillation.
ECG mode:
- This mode works at the connected patient's cable to the device and only at the manual mode (without the connected electrodes to the device). This mode does not show to an ECG diagnostics. In the ECG mode the category does not work, nevertheless the defibrillator continues to analyze the patient's ECG if there is an unstable cordial rhythm. (~ VT/VF signal).
Setup mode:
- This mode can be used for carrying out manual checks, for setup of different operating modes, for access to information which is stored on the built-in memory card and for carrying out maintenance.
Demonstration mode:
- This mode is used for display of imitation of a defibrillyatsonny impulse. This mode can be included in the menu of maintenance in the Setup mode.
