It is intended for distribution of bituminous emulsions when carrying out road - building works (subprimer, surface treatment, patching, impregnation, a waterproofing of the bases, water throughput pipes, etc. ).
"Bastion - REP" it is equipped with the bituminous pump with the diesel engine of 4,5 kW, a stage with an adjustable width of distribution from 0,5 to 2,5 m and a rod for manual pouring of an emulsion.
Constant pressure in distributive system allows to support the set emulsion expense with an accuracy of dispensing no more than ±10% . Uniform distribution of an emulsion is reached by a design of nozzles, and threefold or double (depending on height of a distributive stage) overlapping of cones of the distributed emulsion. Height of a distributive stage in operating time and transportations can be regulated. Cleaning of system of distribution (a distributive stage, system of pipelines and the bituminous pump) – diesel fuel with a purge compressed air (from a tractor pneumatic system).
The distributor of an emulsion has two - level system of a filtration of an emulsion – when filling and on the distributing highway. The system of heating of an emulsion allows to regulate automatically set temperature. Control of distribution of an emulsion is exercised from the stationary control panel or remotely from a tractor cabin.
