Bending machine up to 40 mm

Rebar bending machine up to Ø 40 is designed for cold bending of reinforcement bars of reinforced concrete structures. It is used in the reinforcement shops of concrete goods factories, as well as on construction sites under a canopy in a temperate climate.

The drive of the working bodies of the machine (bending disk with bending and central pins installed on it) is carried out from an electric motor by means of a mechanical feed. The rebar bending process takes place around the central pin (with or without a roller installed on it) when the bending pin is moved along the outer surface of the reinforcement resting on the thrust pin. The design of the machine, adapted for bending reinforcement, provides the ability to simultaneously bend several rods.
