Bimetallic radiator of Uno Twin 500
The radiator of UNO Twin personifies the most advanced achievements in the sphere of production of bimetallic radiators.
By production of bimetallic radiators two metals - aluminum and steel are used. The steel core strengthens a radiator design thanks to what it is capable to work with more high pressure, having at the same time a large supply of durability. The high thermolysis is reached due to filling of the steel vertical and horizontal channel for pass of the heat carrier by an aluminum alloy under a high pressure. This technology of molding allows to exclude formations of air pockets between steel and aluminum in the course of casting of sections. In a complex with convectors of specially developed form such design allows to achieve the maximum heat conductivity.
In comparison with similar offers in the market, the steel core at the UNO Twin model fills all internal surface of section, including carving sites for accession of the bringing and return pipes, and connection of sections among themselves. Such design considerably increases durability and corrosion resistance of demountable connections of a radiator and helps to lower probabilities of appearance of defects at installation, and also facilitates process of installation.
Lack of sites of contact of aluminum parts of a radiator with the heat carrier is especially important at its use in systems of the centralized heating as the chemical composition of city water is changeable and it contains a large amount of various substances and impurity capable to break structure of less steady aluminum. When using such heating devices in autonomous systems of heating the radiator allows not to worry about quality and structure of the heat carrier as for steel of which the core is manufactured, any possible level of acidity of the heat carrier will approach.
