Technical specification
The design of bimetallic radiators is regulated by GOST 31311-2005. Sections of a bimetallic radiator are made of the steel register on which the molding method under pressure applies fins from a high-quality aluminum alloy. Thanks to the register contact of the heat carrier and an aluminum alloy is excluded. For assembly of a bimetallic radiator nipples with a special sealant for thermal stability are used. After assembly the radiator is checked under pressure of 3,0 MPas (the 30th bar) for tightness. Coloring of bimetallic radiators happens in two stages by means of the electrostatic powder line. At first lateral surfaces, and after assembly all radiator entirely are separately painted. For coloring most often use RAL 9016 paint of white color. Interaxal height of a bimetallic radiator makes 500 mm. Radiators are divided into four standard sizes depending on quantity of sections - 6, 8, 10, 12 sections
Packing
To protect radiators from mechanical damages and from hit of dust during transportation, they are wrapped in a film and packed in a three-layer cardboard. Ready radiators it can be transported on any kind of transport which is capable to ensure safety of finished goods.
Storage of ready radiators should be carried out in packing in the enclosed space or under a canopy. It is necessary to avoid hit of moisture on packing, in order to avoid corrosion and to provide protection of radiators against chemical influence
When transporting the manufacturer does not bear any responsibility for safety of production.
