The cationic emulsion bituminous road EBK-2 (there corresponds a ST of RK 1274-2004) is made by dispergating of bitumen in water solution of emulsifier and orthophosphoric acid on modern installation of online type. The emulsion is intended for a basis subprimer at construction of highways, the device of layers of road clothes.

Due to rather low viscosity and good grind the bituminous emulsion provides high adhesion and the most acceptable conditions for processing of road materials. The emulsion is safer when transporting and using in comparison with traditional ways of use of bitumen, does not demand big power consumption, can be applied with the moistened road material.
