Application The block box is intended for placement of the electrotechnical equipment for power supply of production objects. Design The block box can be the sizes 3,0х3,0; 3,0х6,0; 3,0х9,0; 3,0х12,0 m the Design of the block box has the frame and panel decision. The rigid welded framework consists of bent and rolling metal profiles. As the protecting designs of walls and a ceiling three-layer beskarkasny panels of the Zlatpanel brand 95 mm thick are used. A metal covering of panels - thin-sheet galvanized steel with a polymeric covering. A heater of panels - a mineral-cotton plate on the basis of basalt fibers. In end faces of the block box doors with zhalyuziyny lattices are located and, at the request of the customer, the channel fan for aeration of the room is installed. Depending on operational properties the block box is divided by internal deaf partitions into two or more rooms. A floor is executed from the steel corrugated sheet 4 mm thick. Joints between panels are closed up by silicone sealant and closed by nashchelnik. |
