In serial execution the fan is equipped with the electric motor with the thermal sensors (pozistor) which are built in stator windings.
The VBKP ventilatory blocks are intended for use in systems exhaust and forced ventilation. They are well packed with additional elements for cleaning, heating or cooling of the air given to the room. VBKP blocks are executed similar to ventbloka of KTsKP conditioners.
Main design features
- The case of the block of rectangular section of a frame and panel design, is manufactured of galvanized steel with a layer warm and sound insulation, has removable panels for maintenance of the fan.
- In the case - the fan of bilateral absorption, is installed on vibroinsulators and connected to the case panel through a flexible insert. The drive from the electric motor through a belt drive. The case of the fan is manufactured of galvanized steel without use of welding seams that reduces probability of emergence of the centers of corrosion.
- The driving wheel - drum type with forward the bent shovels, are made of galvanized steel or of steel with a covering.
- The self-centered two-row ball bearings with tight knots of greasing installed in steel cases are calculated on the long term of operation and do not demand replenishment of greasing during all term of operation.
