Description
For selection of the optimal solution, the specification of the equipment and determination of the price, we ask to add and send the following data:
- the area and height of the room in which it is planned to place brewery or beer factory
- existence and parameters of the corresponding communications (water, electric power, gas, steam), or absence
- initial output of beer a day
- the maximum estimated output of beer a day or in a year
- extent of the required automation
- quantity of grades of beer (perhaps types)
- estimated form of sale of beer (only restaurant, KEG, bottles)
- detailed plan of object
- laboratory water analysis
- perhaps and other data which it will be required during preparation of the project of brewery or beer factory
Main raw materials
Plzensky malt: 18-20 kg on 100 l of beer
The granulated hop: 200-300 g on 100 l of beer (it is possible to compensate partially hop extract)
Brewing yeast: 0,1-0,6 l on 100 l of beer
Water:
- expense of 4-5 l of water on 1 l of beer
- a source output - without accumulation: min. 1 p/a
- with accumulation: min. 0,3 p/a

- inzhenering, including development of the project
- consultations of the construction project
- introduction to an eskpluatation and training of personnel
- a know-how broadcast for production of beer of plzensky type and trial cooking
