The brick is ceramic facing

The front brick differs from a usual construction brick in the fact that at it "lozhok" and "poke" (or 2 "pokes") have the increased quality of a surface. Such brick can be different color – from light yellow to dark red depending on the used raw materials, has regular shape, accurate sides, uniform coloring, maintains impact of an atmospheric precipitation. On a surface of a front brick chips and cracks, but only within admissible are allowed by state standard specification.

The brick front is frost-resistant and long does not collapse under the influence of moisture. On a surface of some types of a facing brick do ornaments (so-called "nakatka" that allows to use it in the decorative purposes for exterior finish of furnaces and fireplaces. The facing brick is suitable almost for all types of external works, and also is applied to facing of internal walls for the purpose of increase in appeal and ensuring durability of the building. However the cost of a front brick is higher, than, for example, usual construction. But if to consider that walls from a construction brick need to be plastered, there is almost no difference in the price.
