|The brickwork envelope of a copper is intended for reduction of losses of heat power through the external protecting copper surfaces. The coppers having screened untight brickwork envelopes together with a covering close prisos external air in a fire chamber.
The main requirement which is imposed to thermal isolation of pipelines and the heatgenerating equipment is providing the corresponding temperature condition in the systems which are exposed to isolation.
Today designs of brickwork envelopes of coppers and furnaces significantly changed. Heavy old brick brickwork envelopes are already replaced facilitated, new, made of heatproof and heat-insulating concrete and stuffed masses today. For thermal isolation also use heat-insulating combined plates at which the layer of heat-resistant plaster from the fire party is put. Such changes - result of an ekranirovka in designs of modern coppers of walls of a furnace chamber, emergence of new designs and new structures from concrete with high heat-insulating and heatproof properties emergence of effective stuffed masses.
Brickwork envelopes of modern furnaces and coppers are subdivided into three main types:
To a laying of the unit apply a lightweight normal and shamotny brick, and to a heat-insulating laying - a diatomaceous brick. In the latter case apply mineral-cotton, sovelitovy and vulkanitovy plates. The most effective products for such cases, from the point of view of heat-insulating properties, are limy and silicic plates.
For brickwork envelopes use shamotobeton on a portlandtsement or aluminous cement. Add the fluffed-up asbestos and a diatomaceous crumb which connect - a portlandtsement to composition of heat-insulating concrete.
To products and materials, applied to a brickwork envelope impose such requirements: they have to maintain for a long time action of high temperatures to 900 °C, not lose the bearing ability, not collapse at variable heatings, resist to the wear caused by ashes and coal dust.
