Budget calculations
After your call, we agree on date and time of departure of the specialist of our company for acquaintance and survey of your site or the apartment. On object we make measurements, we photograph, we advise and, considering your wishes, we decide on the further plan of landscape and design works. Within three working days, we provide you project cost (if the project is required) and the preliminary estimate (cost for landscape and repair work and materials). At your positive decision to cooperate with us, we sign the contract for works. We stipulate and register conditions and terms of their performance. We get to work.
Work will consist in 2 stages:
1 stage - planning.
The package of project documentation includes:
• geodetic shooting
• foreskiz
• master plan
• marking drawing
• dendroplan
• scheme engineering communications (lighting, watering, drainage)
• estimate and explanatory note
• recommendations about leaving.
2 stage - construction.
Construction services of crew from "draft" (cleaning of garbage, a coupler) to decorative (the fountain, planting of flowers, MAF) parts
