The bulldozer B14 - is intended for the solution of a wide complex of works in construction, melioration, in mining, oil, gas and other industries for performance of large volumes of digging works in the wide range of temperatures of air (±50 °C) and developments of various soil, in t. number frozen and rocky, and also with the increased humidity.
Considering nature of use of the bulldozer B14, in its design are used as the technical solutions approved on tractors the previous generations of ChTZ and original developments on the most important systems of the bulldozer. -
Realization of high traction efforts is provided with essential changes in a design of running system of a tractor. The track of a tractor is increased by 200 mm (2080 mm) that allows to establish caterpillar 560 or 690 mm wide boots. Length of a basic surface is increased by soil to 3182 mm due to installation of carts of caterpillars with seven basic skating rinks on sliding bearings. At increase in a track up to 2280 mm on the same base the model of high passability (bolotokhodny) with boots to 900 mm can be produced.
On the bulldozer B14 the 6-cylinder V-shaped diesel YaMZ-236B-4 engine, with a rated power of 230 h.p. is installed by dimension of 130х140 mm at 1800 rpm. The engine is equipped with a turbo-supercharging and the liquid and oil heat exchanger for oil cooling. Specific fuel consumption no more than 162 g/l, and relative consumption of oil on waste of 0,5% of fuel consumption.
Frame six-sided cabin
The cabin is made with a removable roof of fibreglass and the pasted double-glazed windows improved shumo - warm vibro-insulating properties. Two screen wipers of pantografny type on doors and two on forward and back glasses. The place for installation of the radiophone with loudspeakers and the built-in boxes for laying of personal belongings of the operator. The guard of devices is executed in the form of the tight monopanel with arrow indexes and lampochny signaling devices.
There is a regular place for installation of the conditioner in back part of a roof. In the top part of a cabin there is a ventilating and evacuation hatch. The cabin, a workplace and ROPS lean back back on the 35th hail. by means of the manual hydroelevator.
Workplace of the operator
Six-sided cabin with good visibility and low uroveny noise:installation of a heater "ZENIT-8000" under the operator's seat with distribution of warm air, an intake of fresh air with providing excessive pressure in a cabin and recirculation column of management from fibreglass providing the thermo-shumo-vibro-isolation-convenient formed armrests the right armrest leans back for the purpose of access to documentation, the first-aid kit, etc.
Hydromechanical transfer provides automatic control of speed of the movement depending on the corresponding external loadings - gear shifting without rupture of a stream of power and a fast reverse, and also decrease in dynamic loadings in a power transmission.
The resource of running system increased thanks to application of basic skating rinks with bearings of sliding and consolidations of Duo Cone ensuring functioning of basic skating rinks without oil dribble.
