Appointment
The rigid busbar is intended for performance of multiflying combined tires and electric connections between high - voltage devices in distributing devices. The rigid busbar of high factory readiness in comparison with a flexible busbar allows to reduce metal consumption of the distributing device by 30–50% , a reinforced concrete consumption on 10–20% , volume of installation and construction works and labor costs to 25% depending on schemes of the SHOUTING electric connections and specific conditions of the area of construction. Distributing devices with a rigid busbar do not demand construction of portals, settle down is low from the earth, are convenient for assembly and routine inspections.
Design
Sets of a rigid busbar are developed by CJSC ZETO together with Nizhegorodskenergosetproyekt institute, CJSC NPO Tekhnoservice - Elektro, STC EDS, JSC STC Elektroenergetiki for open distributing devices 110, 220, 330, 500 and 750 of kV. All equipment is certified and it is recommended to application on objects of JSC FGC UES. The busbar represents system of rigid tires. The design of each phase of combined tires is executed from a number of the single - span tires leaning the ends on basic isolation centers. For fastening of a busbar supporting insulating frameworks on 110, 220, 330, 500 and 750 kV executed on porcelain insulators and also on polymeric are provided (110 kV). Single - span tires of intracell communications are fixed on contact conclusions of high - voltage devices SHOUTING. The busbar of combined tires to the SHOUTING is executed from the pressed tubular tires of the aluminum alloy 1915T having the high durability, corrosion resistance and get prettier a svarivayemost. Electric connection of combined tires are among themselves carried out by current compensators of blooming type. Accession of clips for pressure testing of flexible descents, branches to combined tires is provided by bolt connections on the place of installation. The design of a busbar ensures reliable functioning at the dynamic loadings arising at short circuits. With sets of a rigid busbar in configurations to the SHOUTING disconnectors of pantografny, polupantografny and horizontally rotary type of the RPV, RPG and RG series are used. The relative positioning of the equipment and building constructions to the SHOUTING considers a possibility of the SHOUTING expansion both within originally accepted scheme, and upon transition to more difficult scheme, are included In the package of delivery: tubular tires, basic insulators, current compensators, shinoderzhatel, holders for intracell communications, clips for accession of flexible descents. In addition by request a metalwork under basic isolation is delivered.
