Cables are alarm and blocking

This group includes cables with single-wire copper conducting veins with polyethylene isolation in a plastic cover, with protective covers or without them, intended for electrical units of the railway alarm system, centralization and blocking with a rated alternating voltage of 380 V or with a constant voltage of 700 V at ambient temperature from-50 to +60 °C for cables in a polyethylene cover and from-40 to +60 °C for cables in a cover from polivinkhloridny plastic compound.

Cables of brands SBPBBSHP, SBPU are recommended for laying in the earth, cables of other brands for laying on air in rooms, in channels and tunnels.

Cables of brands with the ng index are applied to ensuring fire safety of cable chains when laying in bunches, cables with the index "3" for laying in the conditions of the increased humidity.

Design data

Cables are issued with copper veins with a nominal diameter of 0,9 or 1,0 mm with thickness of polyethylene isolation of 0,45 mm. The core of a cable is under construction on the basis of the isolated veins or couples lived.

The number of couples can make: 1, 3, 4, 7,10,12,14,19, 24, 27, 30.

The number of veins can make: 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9,12,16,19, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 37, 42, 48, 61.

For armor cables with number of veins to 7 it is allowed to carry out isolation with thickness of 0,9 mm.

Cables of the SBVG brands and SBVGNG for application in office and technical buildings can be issued with veins with a nominal diameter of 0,8 mm with thickness of isolation of 0,35 mm. At the same time the number of couples can make from 3 to 15, and number of veins from 3 to 30.

The isolated veins or couples twist concentric poviva. Cables have to have digital or color marking of the isolated veins. Over the twisted veins zone isolation on which the cover or a protective cover is imposed is imposed. Use of screens from an aluminum or alyumopolietilenovy tape over zone isolation is allowed.

Nominal thickness of a cover makes 1,3-2,3 mm depending on diameter of a cable, the nominal thickness of a cover for a cable of the SBPU brand makes 3,0 or 3,5 mm for cables with veins with a diameter of 0,9 mm or 1,0 mm respectively.
