Capital track repair 1.1. Capital track repair is intended for replacement of assembled rails and sleepers on more powerful or less worn-out on the ways of 3-5 classes (railroad switches on the ways of 4-5 classes), mounted from new or old suitable rails, new and old suitable cross ties and fastenings, cleaning or replacement of a bed. Capital track repair can be carried out as in a complex with removal and laying of a traveling lattice cranes, and in a separate way with replacement of rails, fastenings, cross ties. 1.2. The same works are a part of works on capital track repair on sites of 3-4 classes, as at the strengthened capital repairs, except an upolozheniye of curves. On the ways of the 5th class at capital track repair replacement of the materials of the top structure of a way which are not providing safe train service with the established speeds and also the accompanying works on complex bearing of a way with repair of drainage and drainage constructions, by elimination of abysses and ballast splashes, cut of excess soil on roadsides and mezhduputyakh are made. 1.3. Planning of capital repairs is carried out proceeding from the passed tonnage, service life of a design and an actual state of a way. Example. On the zvenyevy way of unusable linings - 20%, crutches - 15%, anticreepers - 10%. Therefore, the sum of percent of unusable elements will make: 20 + (15 0,6)+ (10 0,6) = 35%. *** According to table 2.1 or 2.3 standard service life in the passed tonnage is defined with the lowering or raising coefficients or service life advanced in years. 1.4 For the railroad switches located on the ways which are subject to capital repairs capital repairs (on the ways 3 classes - the strengthened capital repairs) with their full replacement have to be appointed also.
