No. 444 - the II ZRK of July 01, 2003 is carried out according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About obligatory insurance of civil responsibility of a carrier to passengers".
Civil responsibility of the resident carriers of the Republic of Kazakhstan transporting passengers and their property on railway, sea, inland water, air, motor and city electric transport is subject to obligatory insurance.
Object of insurance - the property interest of a carrier connected with its duty to compensate the harm done to life, health and (or) property of passengers at their transportation.
The contract of insurance is signed in writing on the basis of the statement of the Insurer by issue of the insurance policy.
The contract of insurance is signed for a period of 12 months, its action does not stop on the first come insured event.
