Casting machine (glazing)

Casting machine KOG 01 - 01 casts confectionery glaze, chocolate into prepared molds. The casting machine has a simple operation based on the controller and special software. Using the control panel, the operator adjusts the dosage of the confectionery mass and the casting step. The control panel is located on the machine frame. The following switches are located on the control panel: Start / Stop button, emergency stop button, power switch, water heating switch, conveyor switch, pump drive switch. Principle of operation Glaze is loaded into a bath with a stirrer (tempering container). The tank is water heated. From the bath with glaze, the molten mass enters the dispenser located above the belt conveyor - the glaze is pumped into the dispenser by a vane pump with a water jacket. The speed of the pump is adjustable - using a frequency converter. The dispenser is a pipe with nozzles. From the dispenser, the glaze is released into molds mounted on a conveyor that moves continuously. Using optical sensors, the machine determines the position of the molds. Heating of the tempering capacity - water. The water heated in a special container enters the jacket of the tempering bath through a hose system, from where, having given off heat, it returns to the heating container. The water is recirculated by means of a pump. Equipment:

• Frame. Welded pipe construction.
• Belt conveyor. Consists of drive and tension shafts, frame.
• The drive of the conveyor - is carried out at the expense of the motor - a reducer.
• Removable conveyor.
• Tempering bath (glaze container). Welded construction with water jacket and driven agitator. There is a tap for draining the glaze from the bath.
• dispenser.
• Pipe for supplying the confectionery mass to the dispenser.
• Driven pump for supplying glaze to the dispenser.
• Heating unit: heater, heat exchanger, hose system, water pump.
• Remote Control.
