The mobile cattlefeeder of ISRK (the Grinder - the Mixer - the Distributor Kormov) "Owner" is universal transport and technological remedy for crushing, hashing and distribution of fodder mixes (green material, a silo, senazh, the loose and pressed hay, straw, compound feed, root crops, and also a forage in the form of briquettes and even liquid feed additives and molasses).

The cattlefeeder of ISRK-12F differs in existence of the loading mill intended for loading of a silo directly from a silage trench. Dredging and loading of a silo a mill is carried out by vertical slices without violation of integrity of adjacent layers that protects a forage from secondary fermentation. The reversive mill allows to make loading of a silo on all height of a trench to 4 meters with a productivity not less than 3,0 tons in 5 minutes. Width of capture of a mill makes 1,5 m.

Loading of a silo a mill and mixing of components of a forage in the mixing bunker of a cattlefeeder happens at the same time. On diameter of the cutter drum the special cutting knives providing crushing and capture of fodder weight during rotation are located. For providing the optimum modes of loading the speed of lowering of a mill is regulated by means of the autonomous hydraulics operated by the operator-tractor operator from a tractor cabin. For loading of fodder weight in the bunker of a cattlefeeder both from above, and from below, the mill has a possibility of reversive rotation. For the purpose of an exception of loss of a forage in a prigruntovy layer, the cattlefeeder is equipped with a buldoser knife for giving of the remains of the lower layer in a loading zone.

For this reason its application is most justified for farms with an average and big livestock of KRS and also where there are increased requirements to efficiency and productivity of process of feeding of cattle.
