Ceramic tapes and fabrics can be made of a kaolinic, alyumosilikotny yarn and of an alyumosilikatny yarn of "BIO". The ceramic yarn is the yarn made of ceramic fibers on the glass carrier. As a technological additive 18% of cotton fibers are used. During operation cotton burns down without deterioration in parameters of ceramic tapes or fabrics. In addition fabric can be reinforced by a wire from stainless steel or brass. It is possible to distinguish from ceramic pryazh:
a. a kaolinic yarn – a yarn from the fibers made by a melting and a razvolokneniye of a natural kaolin. As the natural kaolin may contain impurity of different metals, the received fibers can be painted, and temperature of their application can be lower, than alyumosilikatny fabrics.
b. an alyumosilikatny yarn is a yarn on the basis of alyumosilikatny fiber with high purity of a chemical composition and with the increased thermal stability. Thanks to chemical purity such yarn can work at more high temperatures, than kaolinic
c. an alyumosilikatny yarn of "BIO" - thanks to addition in fiber of oxides of calcium and magnesium of fiber biodegradations give in and thanks to it are considered safe for live organisms.
