Certification of workplaces

Certification of production objects under the terms of work
- activities for an assessment of production objects, shops, sites, workplaces for definition of a security status, harm, weight, intensity of the works performed on them, occupational health and determination of compliance of conditions of the production environment to standards in the field of safety and labor protection.

Certification of production objects includes:
- certification of workplaces of the organization according to the existing standards in the field of safety and labor protection;
- a complex assessment of production objects of the organization for compliance to their standards in the field of safety and labor protection:

• 
  
• assessment of degree of harm and danger of work;
  
• 
  
• assessment of degree of injury prevention and security with means of collective protection;
  
• 
  
• assessment of security of workers with means of individual protection.
  
  Results of certification of production objects are used for:
  - carrying out a complex of organizational and technical actions for improvement of conditions and safety of work for reduction of workplaces in compliance with requirements of the existing regulations;
  - estimates of an actual state of conditions of the production environment and safety of work on workplaces;
  - determination of security of workers with necessary means of individual and collective protection, compliance to their actual working conditions and requirements of standards imposed to them;
  - confirmations of the fact of work in harmful or dangerous working conditions, for definition of communication of a disease with a profession and the performed work at suspicion on occupational disease and establishments of the diagnosis of occupational disease, including at the solution of disputes and other disagreements in a judicial proceeding;
  - making decision on the termination (stay) of operation of production object or equipment, and also change of technology;
  - drawing up the statistical reporting on a condition of working conditions;
  - definitions of an insurance tariff of the insurer (employer) at insurance of employer's liability for infliction of harm of life and to health of the worker at execution of labor (office) duties by it;
  - justifications of compensation and granting privileges and compensations to the workers occupied at the works with harmful and dangerous working conditions provided by the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  - receiving reliable information by workers about a condition of conditions, safety and labor protection, about harmful production factors and measures for protection against their influence.
