Today Plant of the Kazakh Academy of food of "Amiran" - was and remains to the first and only in Kazakhstan on release of the baby dairy food made of genuine whole milk of the superior quality. It is a "live" product because the milk going for production is integral natural, but not restored, without addition of the preserving substances. In the course of preparation of a product from such raw materials the useful microorganisms which are grown up in vitro at plant which take active part in digestion of food are added and suppress harmful (putrefactive) intestinal microflora.
