Description
Cocoa butter (Cocoa butter, Kakaovy oil) — the fat which is squeezed out of grains of fruits of a chocolate tree. Whitish-yellow color (at rancidification grows white), has a firm and fragile consistence at the room temperature, a characteristic pleasant smell. Distinguish natural cocoa butter and deodorized (which is exposed to additional processing).
