Paving slabs - DURABILITY for many years!

In order that the tile served long, at least 15 years, it is necessary to observe the production technology. The best quality of paving slabs is reached when using a vibromolding method with use of mixes with the plasticizing additives. Ha the production technology of paving slabs by a vibrocasting method in rubber forms is considered today the best.

To paving slabs, strict requirements on frost resistance (not less than 200 cycles of freezing and thawing) are imposed, on durability (not less than 30 MPas),  water absorption (no more than 5%) and  istirayemost (no more than 0,7 g/cm).

For concrete preparation., we use a portlandtsement of M-400 D-20 (with additives, "Heidelberg" Ust-Kamenogorsk)  in paper bags, the washed sand, crushed stone of small fraction and pigments (an iron oxide). For increase in frost resistance, durability and improvement of technological properties of concrete we add the complex additive containing the plasticizing component to concrete mix.
