Harvester
Harvesters in Massey Ferguson Activa S combines are developed so that to optimize cleaning of a wide variety of grain crops. The harvester, represents a welded design on which, by means of bolts additional sections are fixed. Thus, these sections, for example the lower panel, it is possible to replace if necessary easily. The good cut at high speeds occurs thanks to the mechanism of the drive of a braid Schumacher — to 1220 cutting movements a minute. A wide choice of standard sizes of harvesters - from 4,2 to 7,6 m.
The principle of work of a harvester, occurs by means of giving slanted culture in the longitudinal screw of big diameter which has the rounds on all its length guaranteeing effective giving of culture in the main conveyor. Adjustment of a reel is carried out by means of a hydraulic system which is run by the lever from a cabin. Automatic control of height of a cut is standard function by all cars, productivity of work of a harvester allowing to increase on any landscape.
All Activa combines have a possibility of use of system of automatic alignment of a harvester of Autolevel. This system will trace an Earth's surface contour with an accuracy of 8%.
System of the thresh
Using a heavy-duty design of units, in particular the strengthened podbarabanye, these combines can effectively carry out the thresh of a wide variety of grain crops with ease. In a podbarabanye the lattice with uneven section is used. Lattice cells in rear section of a podbarabanye are one half larger than cells in forward section, the optimum balance between functions of the thresh and movement of grain through a podbarabanye thereby is created. Active podbarabanye

Separation and cleaning

Zernoulovitel is equipped with high partitions to minimize the movement of grain across a zernoulovitel on the formed hills. The fan adjusted by means of the electric block on all width of knot provides supply of the clearing air on a high-performance sieve, guaranteeing excellent samples of grain in any conditions. The raw material moves in the main threshing cylinder for the repeated thresh.
Grain bunker
Grain bunkers have big capacity, and the high speed of unloading in 105 p/a reduces harvesting time to a minimum. The unloading screw with a capstan gives the sufficient height and carrying out to fill any trailer. Two sensors of level of grain preventing its overflow are installed in the bunker. All screws and the top parts of an elevator of qualitative grain have the strengthened ends of "Hardox" for providing the maximum service life of units.
Processing of the remains
All knives of a solomoizmelchitel are jagged to provide high-quality crushing and to reduce energy consumption. The adjustable anticutting bar, stationary knives and a casing of a solomoizmelchitel guarantee complete control over quality and the movement of the crushed straw. Installation of a spreader of a polova is possible in all models.
Engine
Power in work, is reached thanks to AGCO POWER engines. These engines equipped with an electronic control system are heart of Activa combines. They provide any power demanded for harvesting with maximum efficiency. The centralized system of radiators provides cooling of the engine, there is a water and air cooling. The rotating filter, provides cleaning of system, and the vacuum pump, keeps purity of the screen in the most dusty conditions.
Cabin
The cabin of XL established on Activa combines offers the level of comfort which you expect. With central air, heating, a chair with a pneumosuspension bracket and an adjustable steering column, harvesting will take place in a comfortable situation. Completely open view of a harvester is supplemented by ergonomically located monitors and control facilities. The Agritronic monitor and the monitor of the control panel located on the right provide the operator with all information demanded during harvesting. All control facilities are established on the right on an armrest, they are conveniently placed and accurately designated.
