Commissioning
At the first (preparatory) stage contractor:
develops (on the basis of project and operational documentation of manufacturers) the working program of commissioning including actions for labor protection;
transfers to the customer of the remark on the project, revealed in the course of development of the working program;
prepares park of measuring equipment, test equipment and devices.
At the second stage adjustment works on separate control panels, protection and automatic equipment, and also the adjustment works combined with electric installation work are performed. The beginning of commissioning is defined by degree of readiness of installation and construction works: in electrotechnical rooms all construction works have to be finished, including also finishing, all apertures, wells and cable channels are closed, lighting, heating and ventilation is executed, installation of electric equipment is finished and its grounding is executed.
Upon termination of the second stage of commissioning and prior to individual tests the contractor makes changes to schematic electric circuits of the objects of power supply included under tension.
At the third stage of commissioning individual tests of electric equipment, in particular check and tests of cooling systems and RPN of transformers, devices of protection, automatic equipment and management of the equipment, especially with new relays of firms of Siemens and ABB are carried out.
At this stage individual tests of the equipment, control of parameters, settings of protection and characteristics are made
equipment, approbation of schemes of management, protection and alarm system, and also approbation of electric equipment idling.
The end of commissioning at the third stage is made out by the act of technical readiness of electric equipment for complex approbation.
At the fourth stage of commissioning complex approbation of electric equipment according to the approved programs is made. At this stage commissioning is performed on control of interaction of systems of electric equipment in various modes. Are a part of the specified works:
providing an interconnection, adjustment and setting up characteristics and parameters of separate devices and functional groups of electroinstallation for the purpose of providing on it the set operating modes;
approbation of electroinstallation according to the full scheme idling and under loading in all operating modes for preparation for complex approbation of processing equipment.
Commissioning at the fourth stage is considered finished after receiving on electric equipment of the parameters and the modes providing steady technological process provided by the project. For power transformers - it is 72 hour of work under loading, for air and cable power lines - 24 hour of work under loading.
