Complex Enerprom for test of soil piles

For test of soil the piles which static are pressing, which are pulling out or horizontal loadings enter into structure of a complex "Enerprom":

• the domkratny module for loading of a pile;
• special automatic pump station;
• set of sleeves of a high pressure with quick disconnect connections.

The complex is developed and we make according to the Customer's TZ.

The Domkratny module includes one or several hydraulic jacks with the required created effort providing coaxial and central transfer of loads of a pile.

The pump station of the drive of the domkratny module provides a possibility of transfer of loadings with steps, constancy of pressure at each step of loading according to the program of tests for a long time.

Loading of the tested pile static pressing (the pulling-out and horizontal loading) is carried out evenly, without blows, by loading steps which value, the sequence and duration is established by the program of tests with endurance at each step for a long time.

Unloading of a pile is carried out after achievement of the greatest loading by the steps equal to the doubled values of steps of loading, with endurance of each step by not less than 15 min. Duration of one test can vary of several days to 2kh months!

To apply special pump station "Enerprom" with the level of supply of working liquid and capacity of a tank according to the working volume of jacks of loading of a pile (the power module) to the drive of the domkratny module: pump station with the electric drive (380B); from four the linear three-position hydrodistributor with electromagnetic remote wire control, the hydroscheme 44 where in neutral position of a cavity And, In, P, T are locked by valves; throttle of smoothing of pulsations; regulator (relay) of pressure, protection against rainfall, RZh cooler.

The applied working liquid, - oil all-weather hydraulic: Shell Tellus S4 VX (from -40 °C to +50 °C).

The pump station includes: a frame, a hydrotank, pump knot, the control unit, a case electric, an oil cooler, a jellied mouth, the filter drain, the index of level of oil with the thermometer, temperature sensor (it is established on the control unit) and oil level, the PU portable control panel.
