The KGPE "Enerprom" hydraulic complexes are intended for rise/lowering of a rotary platform of the career excavator when carrying out planned and emergency repair in field conditions on place of production of mining operations. Rise/lowering of a rotary platform of the excavator is provided with simultaneous work of hydraulic domkratny racks.
The packed elements of a complex are transported by all types of land transport.
It is intended for rise/lowering of a rotary platform of excavators of production of LLC IZ-Karteks im. P.G.Korobkova of EKG-8I, EKG-10, EKG-12K.
The complex is executed in the form of three hydraulic racks: one rack is established under forward part of a rotary platform of the excavator, couple of racks under its back part.
Equipment of racks:
- The metal construction of racks includes the basis, the platform of service, a support (beam) top.
- Hydraulic cylinders (forward - 2 pieces, back - on 1 piece). A rod of hydraulic cylinders are equipped with protection against damages and welding splashes.
- Screw support with a fixing nut. Nuts of fixing are supplied with the automatic electric drive with a possibility of manual rotation.
- Individual built-in pump stantsiyeya with a control system of rise/lowering. The hydrolines connecting pump station and hydraulic cylinders are executed from metal tubes.
- Datchikiki of rise height.
- Sensors of provision of nuts of fixing of screw support.
- System of protection against uncontrollable lowering: hydrolocks on each of hydraulic cylinders and basic screws with a fixing nut.
- For start of a complex at negative temperatures the heating of working liquid is provided.
- Power supply of racks 380B with the isolated neutral, with protection of a cable against damages by laying to metal tubes.
The electronic control system of a complex includes: cases of local management of rise / lowering of each rack; central remote control of management of rise/lowering of all racks at the same time.
