Complex measuring ASN - 5VG the module of Du 100

Measuring complex of the upper dosed filling light oil products, the servicing one compartment of a tanker on the one hand a bulk island of ASN - 5VG the Du100 module with the PPV counter (or with a mass flowmeter) and the pump KM 100 - 80 - 180E for above - ground tanks or the pump KMC 100 - 80 - 180E for buried tanks.

The complex measuring ASN - 5VG the Du100 module is intended for remote control of process of the upper dosed filling light oil products in tankers taking into account the released product on the set dose at oil stations of oil depots in unit volumes or masses.

Measuring complexes provide performance of the following functions:

• the termination of filling at achievement of the set dose;
• the termination of filling at manual shutdown of the pump;
• the termination of filling at operation of the level detector;
• the emergency termination of delivery of a dose directly the operator on a filling post, from PDU or the computer located in operator;
• the termination of filling at grounding violation (the complex is equipped with the device of grounding of tankers);
• the device of grounding of tankers does not grant permission for filling a product at partial grounding;
• the device of grounding of tankers has function of recognition of a tanker from the grounded metal construction;
• the termination of filling in 20 sec. at interruption in supply of signals of impulses from a flowmeter to the complex controller;
• continuation of issue of the set dose at elimination of accident with the permission of the operator from PDU or the computer;
• restriction of speed of filling during the initial and final stage of filling according to rules of the state standards is provided (in order to avoid emergence of static electricity);
• preservation in the reading device of information on total amount of the released fuel and lack of a possibility of its change within 10 years at shutdown of power supply;
• display of information on total amount of the released fuel on the operator's call to PDU or when giving the corresponding team from the computer;
• automation maximum;
• high accuracy of dosing and protection against hydroblow;
• local management of filling process;
• filling one product through one strut;
• withdrawal of PVS from a filling zone when filling a tanker;
• pumps KM 100 - 80 - 170E are equipped with double face consolidation (the item of 2.9.3 PB 09 - 560 - 03).

The design of complexes allows to make management of process of filling with automatic shutdown at:

• achievement of quantity of the gathered dose of the released oil product;
• achievement of oil product of a limit in a tanker;
• in 20 sec. after the termination of a flow of oil product through a flowmeter;
• at violation of grounding of a tanker;
• at manual shutdown of process of filling from a post of management PVK - 35;
• at manual shutdown of process of filling from the FEET button on a bulk tip.

The enlarged structure of the ASN - 5VG complex the Du100 module:

The designs applied in a design:

• moment loadings on the basis of a bulk strut are reduced;
• dependence of efforts on movement of a bulk pipe on vertical position of mounting of the radical hinge is reduced. At the same time efforts on management of installation do not exceed 100 N (to 10 kgfs);
• operability of hinges during all service life of installation is provided;
• application of a strut of console type has allowed to increase considerably a zone of service and/c to 6 m;
• conditional pass of a bulk strut of Du100 considerably reduces product exhaust speed that reduces accumulation of a static charge on increases safety of filling;
• the pressurized tip allows to take away vapors of hydrocarbons when loading a tanker;
• the bulk strut is equipped with a set of the sensors allowing the automated system to provide the safe production control provided by the existing standards including shutdown of supply of fuel at achievement of the sensor of a limit. The design of a bulk tip prevents falling of a stream of a product from big height, reducing the level of static electricity;
• the air valve in the most upper point of a bulk strut provides fast and full emptying of its loose ports in a tanker;
• in the measuring module, the filter - a gas separator is used that increases the accuracy of accounting of the pumped - over oil products;
• the compensator installed in front of the pump prevents dangerous movement of the bringing pipeline, reduces tension on its body;
• the rotary lock of Du100 in front of the pump allows to block, if necessary, giving of a product directly on bulk installation;
• in installation the by - pass valves allowing to dump dangerous increase of pressure in pipelines at change of ambient temperature are used;
• in a design of ASN the device of grounding of tankers which is built in the central control unit (CCU) which does not allow to include installation of filling at partial grounding of a tanker and removal of static electricity is used;
• the module pumping a complex is manufactured in the form of the separate block that allows to establish it not only directly near a strut, but also in pumping station where there is no influence of an atmospheric precipitation.
