Considering that the complex on preparation of liquid glass by a bezavtoklavny method consists of three main technological machines: a shchekovy crusher, a vibromill and the reactor, and in our arsenal is available on some standard sizes of each type of cars, we have an opportunity to complete installations in the wide range of productivities on liquid glass.
The complex No. 1 operating at us in several copies includes the main technological machines:
- a crusher of DLShch 80h150 which maximum productivity on receiving fraction, necessary for a grinding, silicate block makes 500 - 800 kg/h,
- VM - 60 vibromill with an order productivity 200кг/час/þáß
- the V=600 reactor of l which for a cycle 2 hours give 850 kg of liquid glass with a density of 1,41 - 1,48 g/cm3, volume of single loading silicate block - 340 kg.
Thus, from comparison of productivity of devices it is visible that the object limiting complex productivity is the reactor of the used volume.
At 4 loadings of the reactor for 8 - hour shift it is possible to let out 3400 kg of liquid glass or during the 3 - shift work and the 300th slave. days - 3000 tons/year. Total electric power of a complex makes 45 kW.
For descriptive reasons we provide the scheme of a complex No. 1.
The complex No. 2 including one shchekovy crusher of DLShch 80h150, two mills of VM - 60 and two PO - 0,6 reactors can let out 5000 tons/year of liquid glass. Total power of this complex makes 85,0 kW.
Considering a small pharynx of a crusher of DLShch of 80х150 mm, the mechanized giving silicate block in it it is possible to make with the maximum size of pieces of 50 mm. At the big size of pieces of initial material it will be required to use a crusher of DShch 150h250 on which it is possible to give initial material with the maximum size of 100 - 110 mm.
Complex No. 3 with DShch 150h250 crusher at the first stage of crushing with a vibromill of VM - 200 and the reactor V = 2 m3mozhet to provide at the expenses of working hours stated above productivity to 9000 tons/year. Total power of a complex - 140 kW.
Respectively, the complex No. 4 with one crusher of DShch 150h250, two mills of VM - 200 and two V=2 reactors of m3 will provide release of an order 20000т/год/ú«ñ glasses.
Using a vibromill of VM - 400 and the corresponding reactors it is possible to provide productivity 40000t/g on liquid glass.
