Composition of Ekomet-002

Solution is based on composition of "EKOMET - 002" and intended for electrochemical degreasing of details from steel, at loweredto temperature: 20 - 35 °C. It Obezzhirivaniyeobyazatelnoprovoditsya in reverse mode: in the beginning — on the cathode, then — on the anode (in one bathtub or in two consecutive).

Composition of "EKOMET - 002" — incompressible fluid. It contains surface - active substances. In refining process of drain waters all EKOMET - 002 components easily are removed at reagent sedimentation of metal hydroxides and afterfiltration of drains via the coal filter.

Composition of solution for details from steel or cast iron:

• the caustic soda (caustic soda) — 30 - 40 g/l
• trinatriyfosfat — 15 - 20 g/l
• composition of "EKOMET - 002" — 20 - 25 ml/l

Degreasing mode:

• on the cathode within 5 - 8 min. at the cathode density of current — 3 - 10 ^{And/sq. dm}
• on the anode within 4 - 5 min. at the anode density of current — 3 - 6 ^{And/sq. dm}
• temperature — 20 - 35 °C.

Approximate expense of composition of "EKOMET - 002" — 8 - 12 ml on 1 ^{sq. m} of the processed surface.

Storage of composition of "EKOMET - 002" — in the closed container at temperature above + 4 °C, warranty period - 14 months.
