Compression springs

Springs of compression are the springs calculated on reduction of length under loading which perceive longitudinally axial loadings. The main working property of springs of compression is ability to be deformed. These are elastic deformations - after removal of loading the spring restores the initial form.

In a form of a spring of compression are divided on:

• cylindrical (most widespread),
• conic (conical),
• figured (prismatic, barrel-shaped, two-conical)
• with a constant or variable step
• and various tilt angle.

The equipment of the enterprise allows to make compression springs according to drawings and the customer's samples.

We make springs of various configuration more hotly than a navivka of hire 8 — 60 mm, with the outer diameter of 30 — 400 mm, a cold navivka of a wire 0,1 — 8 with the outer diameter of 1 — 100 mm.

For increase in corrosion resistance the sheeting - soil, a varnish, enamel is applied on springs, and also galvanic processing of a surface of springs is made: chemical oxygenating or galvanizing (Ts9khr).

Main directions of application of springs of compression: mining, metallurgical, railway, machine-building, agricultural, machine-tool constructing, instrument-making, power, petrochemical and other branches.
