PURPOSE:

• · measurement of process parameters of hydraulic and pneumatic testing of shut - off, control and safety valves, gas cylinders, wellhead and blowout control equipment (BOP);
• · registration of test results on electronic and paper media.

TYPE OF TEST:

• Hydraulic and pneumatic strength tests of shut - off, control and safety valves, gas cylinders, wellhead and blowout control equipment (GOST 356).
•  Hydraulic and pneumatic leak tests of stop valves (GOST 9544, GOST 33257).
• · Hydraulic and pneumatic tests for leak tightness of safety fittings by setting pressure.
• · Adjustment of safety fittings (measurement of pressure of the beginning of opening (actuation), closing pressure of valves).
• · Leak testing of control valves.
  

OPTIONS:

• · CRS - MM - mobile version of CRS designed for registration of test parameters and compilation of protocols of test results carried out in a mobile workshop or directly at the location of pipeline valves using plugs.
•  CRS - MR is a special version of CRS designed to measure control valve leakage in accordance with ANSI FCI 70.2 (Class II - VI) with registration of test parameters and subsequent compilation of a test report.
