The concrete pump 58153A is intended for reception of freshly cooked concrete mix from specialized betonotransportny means and its giving in the horizontal and vertical directions to the place of laying on construction objects by means of a betonoraspredelitelny arrow.
It is applied at construction of buildings and constructions from monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete, construction of bridges, tunnels etc. Supply of concrete mix on height and in hard-to-reach spots is carried out by a betonoraspredelitelny arrow or on a stationary betonovod on height down to 80 m, to 350 m depending on mobility of concrete across.
The four-section betonoraspredelitelny arrow is made of high-strength and wearproof WELDOX steel. The reliable block of pumps in system of the main drive ensures no-failure operation of a running cycle of the concrete pump in general, increases a resource of work of hydraulic system.
The increased pressure of water and vacuum cleaning of betonovod upon termination of works provide full purity of betonovod. The reception funnel is equipped with the mixing device thanks to what concrete mix keeps the properties during all running cycle.
The control of the concrete pump is conducted with the remote control of management, and also the stationary control panel which is conveniently located near a loading funnel.
It is operated in the conditions of a temperate climate at a temperature from -20 °C to +40 °C.
