These coppers are created with application of technology of a double pipe for work at a temperature of the return water of equal 35 °C, have three whole revolutions of the leaving gases in a fire chamber. Thanks to low water temperature in a copper and a special form of an internal surface of channels of removal of the leaving gases combustion products, passing across final canals of a copper, get to the condensation battery installed on the copper bottom where temperature of combustion gases falls below a dew point. Then drops of condensate get to the special inclined canals, usually to a drainage pipe. The horizontal gas flues made of AISI stainless steel 316 Ti are formed by cone-shaped speakers parts of the pressed heat exchanger plate. The corrugated internal surface of gas flues gives the chance to absorb and obvious (at decrease in temperature of the leaving gases), and the hidden warmth.
