POC - 301 - DIN - new signaling devices (sensors relay) of level of the range ROS - 301, in DIN rack execution. Devices are intended for control of the 3rd (three - channel) or the 4th (four - channel option) levels of conducting liquid in one, or several reservoirs.
Can be used as independent products for management of power units or as devices of approval of conductometric sensors of other controllers in the general schemes PCSs. Security measures

Preparation for work and mounting
At vertical mounting of sensors (on a reservoir cover) the distance between openings for fastening of sensors should be not less than 60 mm. Lengths of electrodes should correspond to controlled levels. At installation of sensors with electrodes over 0,6 m long on reservoirs with strong nervousness of liquid, it is necessary to record an electrode through an insulator, or to provide protection of an electrode an insulating damping device (the dry pipe, a grid, etc. ).
At horizontal mounting of sensors (on a reservoir sidewall) the centers of an opening on the reservoir should be above controlled levels at a size of radiuses of electrodes of sensors. Horizontal installation of sensors is possible only at control of the liquids which are not forming the carrying - out deposits on a sensor insulator. For ensuring running off of liquid from a sensor electrode the end of an electrode is recommended to be oriented down on 10 - 20 °. The reservoir with the controlled environment should be grounded and connected to contact "EARTH" of the transferring converter (PRP).
At installation of sensors on reservoirs from non - conductive material it is necessary to provide availability in the reservoir of an additional electrode (for example, a metal strip) which should be grounded and connected to contact "EARTH" of the transferring converter. The additional electrode is established so that the working part was in continuous contact with liquid in all range - from the lower reference level to upper inclusive. All sensors on the reservoir to have so that to exclude "short circuit" them among themselves and with an additional electrode or a wall of the metal reservoir.
Connection of the transferring converter with sensors is carried out by a wire of any length (to 1000 m) with a resistance of each wire no more than 20 Ohms. Communication line insulation resistance at the disconnected transferring converter should be not less than 1 megohm. Make mounting according to "Electric Installation Code (EIC)" and the scheme of connection by any wire or a cable with the maximum section of vein of 1,5 mm2.
At installation of the transferring converter (PRP) in a cabinet, the body of a cabinet needs to be grounded.
