Consolidation of a rod of a hydraulic cylinder is intended for prevention of loss of working liquid, and also interferes with hit of dust and other pollution in knot. Consolidation of a rod of a hydraulic cylinder can be one - and bilateral. The design, material and other parameters at production of a product are defined proceeding from the specifications of operation determined by the customer.
Consolidations for rods. Consolidation like TSE is established in an open flute with a preliminary tightness. It is applied to sealing of shtokovy and piston cavities of hydraulic cylinders. In bilateral hydraulic cylinders on the piston it is necessary to establish two consolidations. The back part of consolidation consists of the rubber reinforced by fabric preventing expression in a gap with high pressures.
Consolidation like PSE is specially developed for the hydraulic cylinders working with the high pressures subject to strong vibrations and dynamic loadings, for example for hydraulic cylinders of odnokovshovy excavators and drilling rigs and also in hydraulic actuators of cars in which the guaranteed tightness at broad change of operating modes is required, and first of all change of working pressure (in hydraulic cylinders of raising of an arrow of cranes, krepy in mines).

Consolidations of PSE consist of three elements: the basic sealing element is made of rubber, the supporting element - of the rubber reinforced by fabric, a protective ring - from poliatsitalya which is used against expression of consolidation in a gap on a rod.
Application of consolidations like TTS is inexpensive, but at the same time the universal decision suitable for the majority of standard hydraulic cylinders. It represents the cuff of vorotnikovy type with a symmetric profile made of Technoland polyurethane. This material is developed on special technology and is characterized by high elasticity, resistance to expression in a gap, resistance to wear and low residual deformation.
Consolidation of TTS/L has the additional edge reducing penetration of air into a shtokovy cavity of a hydraulic cylinder at reverse motion. On consolidation of TTS/L-AI except the second edge the protective ring against expression in a gap on a rod is located.
