NEW RESOURCES LLP is the only domestic producer of cuffs, epiploons, consolidations for the hydro-pneumoequipment from high-quality European raw materials of Economos, with a diameter up to 350 mm. Our company is engaged in this kind of activity more than 10 years and during this time our experts completely adjusted the process conforming to the international standards of quality of production of products for various fields of the industry, in particular, for oil and gas, metallurgical, mountain, transport and food.
Raw materials for production of epiploons, cuffs, consolidations, rings – polyurethane, elastomer, thermoplastic – are regularly delivered from Austria. This material works at a temperature from - 70 ° C to +290os. Operation term, in comparison with rubber consolidations, is increased by 20 times, thereby service life of a hydraulic system, the mechanism or car repeatedly increases. Repeatedly the probability of loss of expensive oil in a hydraulic system and leakages of other carriers of energy decreases.
We make products under special orders and drawings of the customer, considering any size, a configuration and Wednesday in which consolidation will work.
The enterprise makes repair of hydro-pneumo cylinders of domestic and foreign production. We offer different types of repair of hydraulic cylinders: replacement of consolidations, rods, cylinders.
